Providence is calling a Physical Therapist to Providence Lacey Multi-service clinic in Lacey, WA. (28 hours per week)
We are seeking experienced orthopedic physical therapist to work in PMG primary care and specialty locations. The physical therapist will be part of the primary care team doing screening, consultation and treatment of patients in those locations. Physical therapy has an important role to play in the primary care team and as part of PMG's medical home. This is highly collaborative environment where physical therapist's orthopedic musculoskeletal assessment skills are valued and early access to physical therapy is the goal..
In this position you will:
Evaluate and treat patients of the providers in that location
Assist providers with musculoskeletal evaluations for early physical therapy intervention
Screen patients to assist with appropriate referral management
Work alongside physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
Current Physical Therapy (PT) licensure in Washington State

Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
