You will provide overall Regional HR leadership to the Western Region, which includes 11 California and 1 Arizona Senior Living residences.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Minimum of seven years of management level HR experience in Senior Housing, Long Term Care, Healthcare, or Hospitality environments
