Under the supervision and guidance of the Executive Vice President (EVP), Business Affairs (BA) , this position is responsible for initiating, managing and fulfilling sponsor related contractual obligations throughout the contract cycle. This includes the planning and production of sponsored educational programming for live webinars that support the Association’s Business Affairs department, along with administrative work and coordinating activities for the Innovation Lab. The position works closely with the rest of the Business Affairs Team and the Professional Education team to ensure quality sponsored webinar content is developed in a timely fashion. This position also supports the account managers through assignment of new leads, assistance with follow up, and maintenance of account assignments. This position also supports b2b outreach to AHIP Membership in regard to the AHIP Innovation Lab (IL) and will manage the logistical and coordination efforts of all activities taking place at the AHIP IL. Performance and work-style encourages a team-like atmosphere while maintaining individual performance standards and effectiveness. While working closely with colleagues on the Business Affairs Team, and with others throughout the association, this position witnesses the tireless efforts that are put forth to help improve the health status of the consumers that the AHIP membership serves.
Provides excellent customer service to sponsors and vendors supporting AHIP programs and webinars.
Works with appropriate teams when challenges are identified.
Responds promptly and professionally to phone and e-mail inquiries; maintain customer confidence in all interactions.
Resolves complex customer issues and follows up with appropriate internal and external resources as needed to drive to resolution.
Maintains complete records of all customer outreach and webinar-related statistics and reports on activities of self or group as directed.
Provides ongoing support to SVP, Innovation and Solutions, in regard to AHIP IL activity and needed follow-up with the SVP's Accounts
Assists with managing projects and fulfilling contractual obligations during all phases of the project life cycle.
Responsible for the coordination and completion of Operations and AHIP IL outreach projects across various department areas.
Successfully completes operational functions including coordinating the management of webinar planning, Innovation Lab events and benefit delivery, and onsite live events.
Provides guidance and support on new strategies to enhance webinar completion rates.
Works with designated account managers and educational staff to provide guidance to sponsors and as needed.
Works closely with SVP, Innovation and Solutions, to meet deliverables and output associated with AHIP IL Inaugural Partner agreements
Provides instructional and technical support to sponsored webinar speakers and audience with an ability to troubleshoot issues.
Supports marketing team to ensure accuracy of sponsor related activities and materials (e.g., sending out semi-monthly webinar promotional emails).
Serves as the point person for all sponsor related webinar content to ensure the timely submission and approval of content.
Manages logistical details for sponsored webinar events (e.g., set up webinar registration and equipment checks).
Captures and analyzes data associated with contractual obligations and deliverables and present findings to the Business Affairs team on a reoccurring basis.

Willingness to experiment with new and changing technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects on a cross-functional team.
Interest in newly emerging technologies or other platforms for use with educational content.
2 years of project management experience. 2 years of administrative experience and customer service.
Two years of market analysis management experience (Payer, Provider, and Government).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Physical Work Activities & Conditions:
Continuous sitting for prolonged periods more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day.
Keyboard use of greater or equal to 50% of the workday.
Percent of Travel: 0-25%
