McDowell Center for Children, a residential treatment center in Dyersburg, TN has an immediate opening for a part time U.R. Coordinator.Â McDowell is a 28 bed residential treatment center for teenage boys, ages Â 12- 18.Â The boys could be experiencing behavioral, mental health and/or substance abuse issues. Â
The qualified candidate needs to possess knowledge of psychiatric clinical diagnoses and have the ability to articulate the indicators professionally.Â They will assist in the evaluation of resident medical records, servesÂ as a liaison for residents and the facility with insurance companies, negotiates and advocates for the resident's length of stay and level of care.Â The UR Coordinator works approximately 22 hours per week.
