Job Summary The Consumer Growth Specialist oversees all marketing and communication efforts that promote a positive public perception, contribute to growth goals and consumer engagement of assigned business initiatives. The primary function of this role is to coordinate and execute programs that increase utilization of services through the full range of marketing channels while ensuring network strategies and goals are advanced and all materials align with organizational brand standards and values. This position will require developing and maintaining strong partnerships with leaders, physicians and clinical leads, and establishing/maintaining a strong community presence through consumer research, marketing, communications, advertising, promotions, education, health events and community relationships.
Leads the development, implementation and evaluation of broad organizational and targeted marketing and communication plans for assigned service lines in collaboration with key constituents. Responsible for engaging consumer segments with relevant content that leads to measurable understanding, action and engagement.
Develops and maintains strong working relationships with service line stakeholders in support of the strategic plan goals. Takes ownership responsibility for initializing, developing, executing and measuring all assigned tasks, actively solicits feedback from key stakeholders to understand needs, develop solutions and provide feedback.
Proactively researches, identifies and recommends relevant marketing and communication channels to reach targeted audiences including all traditional and digital marketing, social and traditional media, events, promotions and other, for maximum reach and positive outcomes.
Practices professionalism and accountability as it relates to all assigned duties and utilizes continuous improvement methods to explore new ideas and methods. Defines the measurement process and builds in metrics to facilitate on-going review and measurement of the effectiveness of efforts.
