Job Summary: This position reports directly to the VP of Behavioral Health and provides leadership to one of the Agency’s New York State Office of Mental Health licensed clinics. Specific responsibilities include ensuring that clients’ needs are accurately assessed and effectively treated, budget or financial targets are achieved, ensuring treatment programs maintain high quality standards, meet target outcomes, goals and objectives, and comply with applicable local, state and/or federal regulations, statutes and / or guidelines. Requirements: Candidate must be Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the New York State Department of Education, with specialized training in clinical social work or social work counseling, three (3) years of post-licensure experience in treating behavioral health issues, three (3) years of supervisory experience. The successful candidate must have exemplary organizational and budget management skills, and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all levels of clinical and operational staff. This position will work in close cooperation with the Director of Operations and other key Agency staff to ensure efficiency and fiscal sustainability of all behavioral health services provided at the clinic site. |
