JOB SUMMARY: The Nursing Supervisor provides administrative and clinical supervision to all staff throughout the hospital on assigned shift. The Nursing Supervisor is a liaison to department directors and administration to insure coordinated and efficient operations of services and departments. The Nursing Supervisor promotes patient care consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Garfield Park Hospital.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: The Nursing Supervisor must demonstrate flexibility and the knowledge and skills required to manage units providing care to a varied population including children and adolescent patients.
