Responsible for development and maintenance of Health Plan contracts and member benefit and related documents according to applicable regulations and standards. Identifies issues and risks in document development. Ensures Health Plan's continued compliance with managed care and insurance regulatory requirements as it relates to Health Plan contracts and member benefit and related documents. Reports directly to the General Counsel, Legal Services.
BA or BS required.
An advanced degree or legal/paralegal education and training preferred.
Three to five years experience with a health care provider rendering regulatory support or with an insurance plan in a regulatory environment required.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of current managed care and/or insurance regulatory environment required.
Other related experience may be considered in lieu of these stated requirements.
