Nurse Manager - Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time, Night Shift
Turning Point is currently seeking an experienced full-time Nurse Manager for the Night Shift. The Nurse Manager position is a managerial position accountable to the Director of Nursing and has responsibility for ensuring the overall efficient operation of the department in various aspects including creating, maintaining and managing a therapeutic milieu within the treatment program to ensure the safety of patients and staff.Collaborates with Clinical Services and other departments to accomplish the treatment goals of Turning Point.
Supervising RNs, LPNs, MHTs, and ancillary staff by making assignments and monitoring patient care
Providing quality nursing care to meet identified patient outcomes
Carrying out assigned functions according to philosophy, goal and objectives of the hospital and program unit
Contributing as an active part of the treatment team
Providing redirection & consistency

This position's hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00pm - 6:00am.
