We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Clinical Therapist. This position is scheduled to work Tuesday - Saturday. Primary Responsibilities MAY Include:
Providing professional therapeutic counseling by facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Initiating the development, management, and implementation of discharge planning for each resident.
Maintaining the residential philosophy of care and assuring compliance with policies and procedures established to support the philosophy of care.
Maintaining effective intra and interdepartmental communications.
Maintaining accurate, complete, and timely documentation on all contacts, sessions, or meetings that are conducted on the resident's behalf.
