The Assessment and Referral Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients who need our services. This position receives and records all information and referral calls to the Clarion Psychiatric Center, and determines the most appropriate course of action for each; completes intake assessments to determine patient needs and reviews with Dept. Director and/or Physician to determine a course of treatment.; coordinates admission process with the Admissions office, physicians, treatment units and referral sources.
