The qualified candidate will be responsible for administering diagnostic test, hearing aid evaluations and fittings, follow-up care, and providing our patients with the best solution for their hearing loss and lifestyle. The qualified candidate will work as a team-player with the other ENT’s and Audiologists and have a proven track records in patient diagnosis and hearing solutions. We treat disorders of the ear, hearing and balance, including conductive and sensori-neural hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo, sudden hearing loss, and middle ear infections.
Administer diagnostic tests, coordinate and interpret test results, and consult with and make recommendations on hearing disorders with physicians, perform hearing aid evaluation, and dispensing of hearing aids. Must be able to problem solve and work independently
Strong communication and computer skills. Experience with EPIC EMR system helpful.
RMC contracts with numerous insurance companies and 3rd party payers with the ability to fit from multi-manufacturers.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
Education: A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) required.
Experience: 3-5 years experience performing diagnostic testing and hearing aids fittings. Prefer candidate with VENG experience.
California state license as a Dispensing Audiologist required prior to employment
A National Provider Identifier (NPI) or the ability to obtain one prior to employment start date

We currently have 3 otolaryngologists and two audiologists serving patients from birth through geriatrics. We are in the process of building a new facility which will serve one of the ENT’s and one Audiologist. This is a team-oriented practice that values a strong patient experience.
