Responsible for the daily preparation, deposit, and reconciliation of all payments received from third party insurance payers, campus-based clinical practice sites and miscellaneous organizational cost centers.
Previous experience with gl coding/accounting is preferred
Previous experience in environments where you had to be analytical and technical
High School Diploma or GED required.
1 year experience in banking/cash balancing and/or business/cash balancing required.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Knowledge of general accounting principles and cash handling.
Possess high level of attention to detail and analytical skills.
Adaptable to work assignments, roles, tasks and flexible to accommodate deadlines.
Possess technical skills involving computer based resources.
Ability to work in a team environment, exhibit respect and accountability.
Good communication skills.
