The Weld County Public Health department in Greeley, CO is searching for a Business/Clinic Manager to plan, coordinate, and administer the daily operations of a public health clinic to ensure an efficient and effective operation. Supervise all clinical support staff in the Public Health Services Division. Responsible for the supervision of patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing. Responsible for staff scheduling, financial goals, quality, service environment and regulatory compliance. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, equipment and supply purchases, and clinic maintenance. Participate in information systems/services program management, research and development, orientation and onboarding of new staff, facilities management, document management, policy and training plan development/implementation.
