As part of the M Health Fairview Home Medical Equipment (FHME) team, the Patient Service Coordinator answers phones and assists our customers with making appointments, placing orders, reviewing paperwork, verifying insurance, and general customer service duties. This position ensures: processes are in place to support an exceptional customer service environment, efficient and effective work within a team environment, and all customers have an excellent experience with FHME. Applicants should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and desire to work independently in a team environment. This position will have a home base in our main location in St. Paul, but may be asked to float or cover other locations occasionally as the need arises.
