POSITION SUMMARY: The Homecare Director provides overall management of clinical, regulatory, administrative, and financial direction of the department and assumes final responsibility for all activities and staff. Provides leadership and assistance in communication and direction of the overall functions of the home care and hospice service lines and serves as a member of the director level leadership team. The Director promotes the philosophy, goals, and objectives of ruralMED Management Resources.
