JOB SUMMARY The Sales Support Representative is the primary point of contact for sales managers, sales, broker and account representatives to initiate and complete administrative tasks associated with their sales and management responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE - Provide office administration support, including filing, travel bookings, printing, note taking, arranging meetings and conference calls. Perform general clerical tasks (copying, faxing, mailing, filing, scanning, and document management) as needed. - Take and distribute incoming calls. - Liaise with sales team throughout regions. - Assist with collection and collation of RFP responses for sales and account reps and confirm sales appointments. - Prepare member packets/information maintaining regular stock for sales force.

QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
- EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 2 years experience required
