JOB SUMMARY Assist the leaders of the Recruiting Department with recruiting projects (as assigned) while maintaining a full life cycle desk. Advocate of Quality not Quantity by using, promoting and training Taleo, PeopleAnswers and Selecting Talent to other recruiters, HRBP, hiring managers and leaders within Conifer Health Solutions. Responsible for utilizing best recruiting practices in order to attract, source and screen applicants for staffing of the business units within Conifer. Responsible for partnering with HRBP or other team members to identify and implement innovative recruitment and staffing strategies, utilize creative sourcing techniques to include Internet, networking, job fairs, referrals and other creative sourcing methods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Others may be assigned.
â�¢ Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in making a hire, including assuring references, drug screen and background checks are completed on all candidates who have accepted positions â�¢ Develops and tracks an effective pipeline of candidates and manage candidate flow throughout process. Identify when there is a need to execute appropriate sourcing strategies defined by the business need, to include all internal and external resources available. â�¢ Acts as back-up support and leadership for peek workloads. Manage multiple site recruiting efforts. May assist management with annual workforce planning and forecasting. â�¢ Participates in peer interviewing for prospective new hires and assist in training new or existing staff members as needed. â�¢ Acts as a lead in defining and executing appropriate recruiting strategies defined by the business need which include integration work. Establishes, cultivates and maintains solid working relationships with hiring managers, external relationships and other internal recruiting partners â�¢ Facilitate virtual and offsite training per the business need and Recruitment Management. Training for Taleo, Selecting Talent, PeopleAnswers, and train recruiters to implement plans

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
â�¢ 4-year college degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field. â�¢ 5 years of full cycle recruiting - high volume recruiting experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare related organization with multi-site responsibility a plus â�¢ 1 - 2 years leading projects â�¢ Prior search firm experience a plus
