Define and drive organizational partnership social and content creation goals, strategy, and tactics, including the development of content strategies and associated editorial calendars to propel engagement with AdventHealth and our global and regional partners.
Provide orchestration among team members, leadership, key stakeholders and internal teams and vendors/partners to ensure content is successfully delivered.
Provide partnership content strategy recommendations to clients based on information through content analysis, site audits, competitive assessments and metrics.
Work closely with leadership across the organization to manage the strategic planning, implementation, analysis, and optimization of partnership content for all digital channels and campaigns.
Work with marketing leaders across the organization to discover creative content solutions to business challenges within our institutes and service lines.
Perform ongoing analyses, message mapping, content audits, etc. to drive strategic recommendations.
Ensure education on and adherence to brand standards, digital brand standards, style guides and approved messaging for all partnership content.
Design solutions to reflect the role of partnership content within web and marketing channels, as well as within the enterprise as a whole.
Design workflows for partnership content lifecycle processes that include content creation, review and approval cycles, localization models, content publishing, content analysis and content optimization by channel.
Define, establish and execute partnership content governance models.
Collaborate on the creation, implementation and maintenance of editorial calendars to align our partnership content releases with service launches, business activities and promotions.
Establish and implement social media and email marketing content strategies.
Strong attention to detail for to manage content and copy approval process across all verticals.
Manage partnership content inventories, audits, analyses, and migrations across multiple digital platforms.
Demonstrate and advise others on digital storytelling.
Display high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines.
Define, establish and manage metrics to measure the effectiveness of content solutions including: ROI, content/brand integrity, content accuracy and relevance, efficiencies gained in content lifecycle improvements.
