You Will Be Responsible For:
Analyzes CR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Partners with CR colleagues to implement and administer policies for wellness phase CR.
Coaches managers on a variety of questions regarding CR processes and practices.
Provides CR education and training.
What You Will Need:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum 3 years’ working knowledge of CR discipline
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Power Point, Teams and Excel
Working knowledge of the CR discipline.
Effective communicator, with strong professional and interpersonal skills.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:
Cardiac Rehabilitation Certification
The Cardiac Rehabilitation (CR) Consultant is responsible for providing a proactive, practical, and valued CR perspective in partnership with the HOPE Clinic. The CR Consultant advises in the application of establishing the CR wellness phase policies and serves as a consultant on CR related issues including organizational development, training and special projects. The CR Consultant serves as an employee champion and change agent. The CR Consultant actively practices outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
