The Senior Manager, Analytics is responsible for managing Embright’s digital health platform, performing data analysis, and surfacing insights. As a clinically integrated network, integration and sharing of healthcare data across our network of providers and partners is a critical capability. The Senior Manager will develop novel approaches that leverage this data to build out Embright’s population health programs, which aim to deliver an exceptional member experience while lowering costs and improving the quality of care.
The successful incumbent actively works with the Embright team and other stakeholders in supporting the development of programs and interventions that improve care outcomes, evaluating their effectiveness, and identifying improvement opportunities. The Senior Manager will closely collaborate with clinical leaders and IT subject matter experts from the provider organizations in the Embright network on these activities.
This role requires diplomacy, adaptability and the ability to foster relationships of trust amongst a diverse universe of stakeholders to create collaborative relationships that endure.

Manages the implementation of Embright’s digital health platform; defines requirements, prioritizes activities, identifies risks and mitigations, and validates data
Develops dashboards and reporting packages customized for various audiences
Oversees the design and delivery of reports to be shared with Embright customers and provider organizations
Participates in various workgroups and committees focused on data integration and analytics
Oversees implementation and operation of data exchange and interfaces to ensure the flow of accurate, timely data to the appropriate stakeholders
Supports development of key performance indicators and develops plans for tracking and measuring the impact of interventions
Collaborates with care managers and other users of Embright’s digital health platform to understand their business needs and develop solutions
Evaluates predictive analytic tools and other data models to determine effectiveness and identifies appropriate use cases
Performs custom analytics to assess the effectiveness of targeted interventions, such as care management programs and the digital health applications
Supports corporate compliance requirements and activities, specifically providing support to the Privacy and Security officers

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
6+ years of experience in analytics role preferred
Healthcare sector experience required
Experience working with large data sets containing healthcare claims and/or clinical data preferred
Experience with programming language such as SQL, R or Python preferred
Experience working with data warehouses and/or relational databases preferred
Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc. preferred
Actuarial experience or knowledge of actuarial concepts a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree or major in quantitative field preferred
