Pharmacist(Clinical Spec)
The Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner, Patient-Aligned Care Team (PACT)/Ambulatory Care is a representative of pharmacy service. The Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner functions to provide for the pharmacotherapeutic needs of the patients through direct and indirect patient care. To fulfill these obligations, the incumbent has a comprehensive scope of practice, which includes prescriptive authority, monitoring drug therapy, ordering laboratory tests, and other specified clinical functions.
