Home Hemodialysis Registered Nurse
Multifaceted position which encompasses the holistic management of the End Stage Renal Disease (ERSD) patient. The incumbent practices as a dialysis RN within the hemodialysis unit while managing the Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD), the Home Hemodialysis, and the Vascular Access programs. RN will serve as a care manager and uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement care, and evaluate patients in throughout the continuum of CKD to ESRD.
