Including: Verify hospital staff membership, query the National Practitioner Data Bank, review Texas State Board of Medical Examiners online system for Provider Sanctions. Prepare New Applicant report for Credentialing Committee. Update the Provider Database with acquired documentation and update the Network's webpage with necessary changes.
