Job SummaryTo provide quality pharmaceutical care defined as being responsible for assuring the provision of safe, efficacious, and cost-effective drug therapy and investigational drug service support for Geisinger patients. The pharmacist will provide this care through clinical pharmacy activities and through the management of the Investigational Drug Service.Job DutiesAdvises, assists, and supervises the work of pharmacy technicians; assumes final responsibility for the accuracy of their work.Provides input to management team on equipment and supplies for the annual budget.Receives copies of investigational drug study protocols.Reviews documents and determines pharmaceutical materials and professional services required to satisfy t
