Vein Specialists of the Carolinas is dedicated to providing patients with state of the art treatment in all aspects of vein disease. We are expanding our staff and are currently seeking an experienced, dependable, Sonographer to join our team. Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographers interested in expanding their Sonography skills to become an RVT/RVS are encouraged to apply.

• Applicants Must be a Registered Diagnostic Sonographer
• Applicants must be willing to work at both office locations in our Gastonia and Charlotte office

• Clinical Experience in scanning for venous reflux a Plus but not mandatory
• Measure patients for compression garments
• Must be efficient on the computer and be able to master the electronic medical
  records system
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have excellent communication skills with patients, referring doctor's
  offices and co-workers.
• Must enjoy working on a team with other professionals

• Completion of an accredited ultrasound program is required
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), or eligible for Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Vascular Sonographer (RVS-CCI) preferred
• Experience in vascular ultrasound preferred but not required
• Current BLS certification preferred
