Physical Therapy Asst
The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) provides treatment that promotes the prevention, remediation and rehabilitation of acute and chronic physical and psychosocial dysfunction in accordance with training and licensure standards of the physical therapy assistant profession. The PTA administers and monitors the treatment plan established by the physical therapist, without the direct involvement of a Physical Therapist. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
