Patient Access Representative
Patient Access Representatives complete patient registration, greeting our patients and making them feel welcome and aware of the process. Patient Access Reps also register patients involved in serious or life-threatening situations in a timely and accurate manner. Work may be performed for walk-in arrivals, at the patient bedside, or at a designated desk. Collecting cash, check, or credit card payments and maintaining a cash drawer are also part of the assigned duties.
