Pathology & Laboratory Medicine, P.C., located in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a qualified Cytotechnologist.  We are a growing company consisting of 18 pathologists, 10 pathologists' assistants and 3 cytotechnologists.  This will be a full-time position.    Job responsibilities will include: Microscopic analysis to detect, differentiate and diagnose the presence or absence of disease in both non-gynecologic and gynecologic cytology specimens.  We do not currently process GYN cervical smears. Observe and record descriptive comments regarding the diagnosis of disease on screened cytology specimens. Calculate and report the daily workload of the cytology department. Record and run departmental statistical reports monthly and annually.
