Clinical Pharmacist Oncology
The Oncology Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP) serves as an advanced practice provider with prescribing privileges. The primary responsibility of the CPP is coordination and provision of clinical pharmacy services to the patients and staff in the Oncology Department at Washington, DC Medical Center. The individual functions at the highest level of clinical pharmacy practice to provide comprehensive medication management (CMM) in the Hematology and Oncology Specialty Clinics. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
