The High Reliability Organization (HRO) Specialist is a professional nurse who serves as the instigator of strong, safe clinical processes across the Medical Center. The incumbent uses Patient Safety, Systems Redesign (Lean) and Quality Improvement skills to foster Just Culture and High Reliability in the medical center level. As an expert advisor in all aspects of High Reliability, the incumbent provides advice to Medical Center Leadership and HRO groups.
