Job SummaryAssists the Eligibility Department's Administrative Director and Director of Operations in directing, coordinating and supervising the daily operations of the Patient Eligibility Department. Manages Eligibility staff, processes, policies and procedures to ensure Patient Eligibility functions are accurate, efficient, and customer service-oriented. This includes ACA Enrollment, Eligibility Service Center, ACS and Call Center operations (if applicable). Manages all activities within the Eligibility department such as setting and managing department budgets; obtaining patient demographic and insurance information; screening, confirming, and establishing eligibility and funding sources.Minimum Qualifications
