SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Home Health, provides quality occupational therapy services to patient through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities. EXPERIENCE: Two to four years recent experience in acute care, rehab or home health preferred. Lymphedema experience required; Lymphedema certification preferred SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Computer skills.
