The RN assesses the patients’ needs, plans, implements, and evaluates the delivery of patient care. This position carries out these responsibilities independently with the guidance of accepted nursing and department practice as well as directed by medical staff. This position provides the knowledge and skills to meet physician, patient, staff, and/or
