The Supervisor Assistant Nurse Manager (SANM) position is in the Patient Care Services. The incumbent assists in the development and deployment of departmental policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as related Patient Care Policies & Memorandums. The incumbent is a supervisor and assistant to the CBOC Registered Nurse (RN) Manager. The SANM is responsible for the assessment, planning, provision and evaluation of nursing services in specified RN in conjunction with the RN Manager. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
