The Care Coordinator RN is assigned to the VA Pittsburgh Community Care Office. This office coordinates care and case manages care for Veterans receiving care in the community when Veteran meets community care eligibility criteria. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
