POSITION SUMMARY: The primarily role of this position is to proactively manage the outpatient population of Type 1 diabetes patients and growth-hormone requiring patients at Valley Medical Group Pediatric Endocrinology This includes educating patients and their families with new-onset diabetes in an inpatient setting.
