Patient Financial Service Representative - Reimbursement & Reconciliation
Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Patient Financial Srv Rep. for PFS Customer Service at Corporate Building South Street, Morristown NJ to work from 8AM - 4PM.Responsibilities Essential Function/Responsibilities:Obtain status on Non-Governmental outstanding accounts receivable, EOBs and follow up with insurance payors on claims Reviewing contracts for accurate payments and identifying payor trend issues with payment or codesAbility to understand insurance terms, (i.e. HMO, PPO, EOB, Remit, Stop Loss, etc).Strong data and organization skillsNotate all accounts with outcome/resolution and/or next stepsExtensive insurance follow-up for various insurance plansWorking denials, submitting
