Supervisor, Patient Accounts
Job Summary: The Supervisor, Patient Accounts is responsible to assist in managing the day-to-day activities of the Department as they relate to revenue cycle functions which include but are not limited to billing, collections, accounts receivables and customer service/collections for patients. Responsibilities: Recommends and implements appropriate training programs that will further enhance and improve the technical competencies of the staff. Assists in the preparation of monthly management reports providing key revenue and operational metrics and analysis. Ability to efficiently and proactively manage others.
