Atlantic Health System is seeking a PER DIEM Secretary/Technician for the Cardio Admin department at Overlook Medical Center to work varied shifts including weekend coverage as needed.
- Schedule patients for cardiovascular testing, and registration.
- Will efficiently coordinate the flow of patients, physicians and staff in a fast-paced patient care setting.
- Will be focused and flexible, willing to pitch in as needed and assist with patient care and transportation as needed to meet the patient and department needs.
- Must be flexible to adjust hours to meet the needs of the department.
- Must be proficient at coordination and organization of administrative duties to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of patient flow.
- Must promote the Atlantic Health System PRIDE Values.
Requirments:
- Exceptional communication, organizational and customer service skills
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Relevant Experience:
- Prior administrative and/or patient care experience in health care is preferred
- Registration experience is a plus
