The MH/PACT RNCM is a member of the Mental Health and Behavioral Sciences Service whose role is to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team of Mental Health professionals and PACT teams to manage, coordinate, and provide comprehensive, accessible, veteran-centered mental health nursing care management to a defined patient case load in partnership with the veteran and the veteran's personal support person(s). Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
