The purchased care nurse evaluates consults for Homemaking and Home Health Aide services (H/HHA) and Skilled Nursing services (In skilled nursing homes and the Veterans home). This position reports to Community Care Nurse Manager to accomplish goals. Incumbent works with nurse supervisor to improve processes for non-skilled and skilled services and implement new processes mandated by central operations.
