Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, PACT
Clinical Specialist (PACT) spends a minimum of 75% of their time in direct patient care activities which include participation on Primary Care Teams whereby the individual serves as a mid-level provider who functions to initiate, modify or discontinue medication therapy. They provide professional training to PGY-1 Pharmacy Residents, as well as training for pharmacy students. The remainder of time is spent in clinical pharmacist activities as assigned, including population health activities. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met. Basic Requirements: U.S. citizenship. Non-citizens may be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizen
