Ensure all accounts contain comprehensive and accurate approvals to provide for timely billing and optimal reimbursement. Verify and update all Third Party benefits in Epic to ensure appropriate billing/reimbursement for services. Obtains all authorizations, pre-certifications and referral specifics. Great customer Service and phone etiquette. Minimum QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma, or GED; Associates degree or 2 years of college preferred.Work Experience: Fie (5) years of hospital /physician office/insur
