Pharmacy Patient Financial Advocate
Overview As a member of the Fairview Specialty Pharmacy team, the Patient Financial Advocate uses superior customer service skills and a strong knowledge of insurance and third party billing to proactively investigate specialty patient coverage benefits and offer financial assistance to facilitate access to specialty medication and promote compliance. In addition, this position acts as the expert problem solver and resource for resolving issues and questions from internal and external departments.
