Administrative Assistant
Description JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant role will order, receive, stock and manage supplies and inventory for HealthIT. Assists with special orders and follows established guidelines for purchasing/procurement. Manage a Pcard and reconcile monthly. Assists with proctoring EPIC tests. Manages parking cards and tracking/reconciliation. Checks and distributes mail and assist with Fed Ex needs. May assist with monitoring and coordinating space needs for new hires/moves. Responds to customer needs following established guidelines. Organizes flow of daily operations to ensures service priorities are met. This role will require attendance onsite with possibility of some work from home days depending upon work requirements each week.
